Our Kitchen

For the past few years all of our chicken and eggs have been Free Run. The pork we use for our Pulled pork is free run and natural from a Fraser Valley farm. Now our Beef Burgers are all organic and prepared in house.  We have partnered with The Oceanwise seafood program. All of our menus are listed on our website and viewable on your smart phone or tablet. All of our menus can be viewed by using the tabs above.

We have also posted on our website our new Gluten Free Menu. All of the items have been carefully researched. Just to let everyone know we do not however have a dedicated fryer for our gluten free items.

Our kitchen team has been working hard creating our Southern Inspired & Whisky Infused menu items and we think they’ve done, to quote a friend, a “fabulous job”. Some new items include Baby Back Ribs with 40 Creek Whisky BBQ sauce and our Rosemary French Toast with Fried chicken a sunny up egg and real maple syrup.

Earlier this year one of our Sous Chefs won third place in the city for his, get this; Maple Bacon Bourbon Banana Cheesecake with a whiskey caramel. Congratulations Travis!
